Roadtrip to Rhode Island (part 2)
I had this whole blog typed and then “oops..something went wrong” UGH.
anyway: RHODE ISLAND ROADTRIP:
after packing my bags (the suitcase could still be closed! YESS) Victoria and I drove all around MA to pick up her friends to go to the mall in Rhode Island. why? to build a bear.. what? YES to build a bear.
apparently there are shops in the USA where you can build your own teddybear. stubborn as I am..i made a frog ;).
anyway. all you do is stuff it, give it a name, birthcertificate, sound or heartbeat. So my frog is now named Fred (people who know me well enough know why ^^) and he has a heartbeat ;).
We had dinner (and desert : AKA BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE EVER) at some gameplaza/arcade thing (whatever you kids call it these days) which was fun. though I suck at those games and therefore we only had 300 points :P lol.
After getting lost a few times on the way back we got home at 1am -ish. I went straight to bed because my alarmclock was set for 6.15..but the moment you go the bed thinking “I can only sleep for 5 more hours” it gets worse ” oh , now it’s only 4 hours..and now it’s only 3…” so I ended up sleeping for 1 hour last night :P *joy*. but at least it helped me sleep on the plane for 30 minutes :P ( yay for me wearing glasses instead of contacts today).
I cannot thank Victoria and her family enough for what they did for me last week. If you ever want to visit the netherlands you can all stay over at my place haha.
